Due to large number of backlog orders, it could take us more than 3 business days (Mon – Fri) to START processing your order, and also slow response. It will take even longer if you want to make a change to your order (adding items, etc), or provided the wrong shipping address or payment has not cleared/sent.
We are sorry to let you know that we won’t response to the question “when is my order will be processed/shipped/delivered”, “can you ship/deliver my order today/tomorrow”, “can we get the tracking number” or similar nature.
Note that after your order is processed, the tracking # will be emailed automatically once the shipping label is created.
Pickup orders at Hiro every Saturday afternoon won’t be affected.
